YEAR ENDS


It's the end of the year again, those of us who have conscience would sit down and measure ourselves.
Did I keep to my new Years Resolution?
I am better or worse for it?
this year was it productive or useless?
Did I grow fat or thin?
Did I multiply or Reduce?
Am I closer to God or loving the underworld?
Is there any personal improvement in my life?
Did I think of my neighbour in all my attitude?
Was I a good child to my parents?
Was I a Good brother or sister to my siblings?
At work was I productive?
the questions just keep coming, some with answers while the others well you carry over to the next year...........
my prayer is that may the coming year come with all the good prayers and wishes of our hearts.....emm emphasis on the good part!!! lol

HAPPY NEW YEAR...... 2012

Frustration of the working class...JETBLUE example

earlier this week a flight attendant let out his frustration at an obnoxious passenger who was rude to him and he fled the plane,but was later arrested but granted bail. while airline pays the passengers on that flight "compensation" for their troubles saying it's their policy. now the is agog with various sites praising him, immortalizing,dramatization of the whole incidence. this situation has now brought to fore the inevitable question, what happened? that the working class is lashing out, people don't respect honest working individuals,places of employment have become graveyards of dreams and aspirations...........hmmm all these make stop and ponder on what the future holds for us, because if this can happen in America;the supposed most powerful nation in the world?! I wonder what is happening in our 'developing" nation? just my thots

FLOWERS & PEOPLE

I was watching a flower come to life the other day and it was very magical and unexplainable. this got me thinking any flower that is not watered and nurtured would eventually wither and die away. it reminded me of a young girl who is not watered & nurtured with wisdom would eventually die away IE, fall into the hands of the wrong people, get bad advice &make wrong choices. I am also thinking of a very brilliant mind that is not properly utilised & watered would also wither away. because as the saying goes "a mind is a terrible thing to waste" also i have another "an idle mind is the devil's workshop" A mind that is redundant & static would eventually pack up & die .
